Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop Protein powder, or based on package instructions
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
  • Milk of choice or coconut water

Directions:

  1. Add banana, berries, protein powder, peanut butter, and liquid of choice to the blender. Liquid should cover the lower half of the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and combined.
