
Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop Protein powder, or based on package instructions
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- Milk of choice or coconut water
Directions:
- Add banana, berries, protein powder, peanut butter, and liquid of choice to the blender. Liquid should cover the lower half of the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth and combined.
